The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently and have a keen eye for detail. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include: Supporting a national distribution network through estimating and pricing project inquiries, working with engineering team members to understand specification requirements and the needs of a given project as well as the entering and processing of incoming project orders.
Job Requirements:
- Able to work with and communicate accurately and effectively with distributors and other team members
- Able to multi task by working on multiple projects simultaneously to meet necessary timelines
- Calculate projections and estimates through Excel based programs
- Maintain accurate and organized project files
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite products – Excel, Word and Outlook
Knowledgeable in interpreting architectural drawings and construction specifications is a plus. Understanding the basic concepts of the construction process is also a plus.
